I guess that's why God gave us brains - so we can think and decide for ourselves - and not just believe everything everyone writes or says...
...so why can't we talk about some of the odd circumstances? Geez - it's not like the folks on the ISU board don't 2nd guess BU recruits...
I also was never one of those who criticized Nic Moore - although I don't see any reports of dozens of major, BCS-types tripping all over themselves trying to land him..
In fact - even quite a few ISU fans even seem a bit surprised and dismayed by the lack of feverish attention he's getting given there were so few quality transfers out there, and guys like Rayvonte Rice had 5 times the interest it seems Moore is getting.
oh, and DC - next week IS June - and like I said & like you conveniently didn't attempt to refute - there really isn't much evidence that Penn State was even going to offer.
I find that kinda beyond odd - and into the eye-popping range when Penn State, like the Illini don't really even have much help at PG for next year - so why aren't they incredibly hot after Keane?
Rhode island got tired of waiting and gave their offer to some other obscure guy....so clearly their interest in Keane was kinda shallow...
Time will tell - but nobody's trashing anyone - just having a litle conversation about the press reports that are clearly leaving something out...and why did Georgia Tech, Virginia, Nebraska, Tennessee, Marquette, Michigan State, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Georgetown, Florida State, Arizona, Oregon, Rhode Island and all those other schools that were supposedly recruiting him "HARD" drop off?
There are some hints at the answer - and eventually it will be clearer.
..read that 11 page thread on the Rhode island board - there's plenty of people who have been following Keane since last summer wondering what's going on with him and why his lengthy list of BCS suitors changes dramatically every time he gives and interview, and why in the end he's down to Penn State (who didn't offer) and ISU.
can you show me a site that ranks him 3-Star that also says he has even one offer?
(and don't include message board chatter)
