Still, I am confident that Muller was the right man for the job, and will get through this.
I have heard this as well. Not specific names but the players were loyal to Jank and Judson.

In this case, nearly every "rumor" from Jank sniffing the SMU job to Moore's departure and most everything in between has eventually been proven true. There are people close to the program who are frustrated and they are talking (although Muller's hiring eliminates one of my sources, unfortunately).

If anyone else is leaving I think it would happen by this weekend as school is over at ISU as of today.

An inside source is reporting that Nic Moore to Notre Dame may be imminent...

This was posted last night on an Indiana radio station's FB page that makes it sound less than likely Nic will end up at ND...

Thanks for the link. That comment was from Tom Noie, the Notre Dame basketball beat writer for the South Bend Tribune. Though he probably knows more than most casual fans and followers, it is not anything official or from someone actually at Notre Dame, so I take it with a grain of salt. Even he admits there is a chance Moore will end up at Notre Dame (he puts it at maybe a 4 out of 10?).

I have heard there is significant interest for Moore, but you can't blame him for fielding calls and looking for the best options. It is being reported in some places that it was Notre Dame that reached out and contracted Nic Moore about their interest, not the other way around.

On the other hand, I suspect Notre Dame coach Mike Bray wants to carefully evaluate his options. It's not so clear that Moore is a Big East caliber point guard.

Moore got a little write-up by Andy Katz on ESPN today - and Katz seems kinda surprised at the attention Moore is getting,
                  given he's a 5-9, mid-major guy averaging 10 pts, 3.9 asst per game

Not really any news yet on Nic Moore - despite all the hype there's publicly been nobody that has offered...
and this article from Purdue is kinda representative of all the others I have seen...
all the BCS schools are wavering because they have serious doubts if a 5-9 guy who can't even play 'til year after next is worth a scholarship when the Class of 2013 especially in the midwest is really strong...

Note that this column also cites a fan poll saying the significant majority of Purdue fans would pass on Moore,
and even the rest think he'd only have value as a practice player...

I am sure someone will take him - but it is odd that there's a distinct lack of buzz about anyone wanting him right now...

I wonder if he'd even consider going back to ISU. I wonder if he'd be welcomed back with open arms.

From what I hear, he will not be back at ISU. He is waiting to see if a scholarship is available at a certain school.

With the scholarship opened by Nic Moore leaving, Dan Muller is trying to land another point guard. The one he is targeting is a Canadian kid he is familiar with from recruiting him when Muller was at Vanderbilt. -
                          Kaza Kajami-Keane-

Keane is reportedly visiting Penn State tomorrow and is said to be down to Illinois State or Penn State, though there are still other schools trying to pursue him.
