Top 2012 recruit spurns Kentucky- UK fans rip into him on Twitter

The top remaining unsigned 2012 recruit, Anthony Bennett, a 6'7" power forward who is ranked the #7 best overall 2012 recruit, narrowed his list to UNLV and Oregon, and dropped Kentucky. UK coach Calipari really wanted Bennett (to help replace all their talent leaving for the NBA), and the Kentucky fans are not happy. They see Bennett as having betrayed and dissed their school, and they have attacked him mercilessly on his Twitter and Facebook page.

I saw a journalist post about this on twitter. Typical total classlessness that is exhibited by too many spoiled BCS fans. IMO, many of the tweets directed at this kid border on being assault.
