Well those two things are entirely different from each other T.....
Two guys are named as a head coach...one really didn't play pro ball but had 12 years as an assistant...the other played pro ball and no college experience.......seems like a big difference to me...
Maybe you don't care about this but as I said plainly in my field and in most fields - people could lose their jobs even after being hired if it were found they had created these kinds of inaccuracies.
But I also compared the uproar about race when BU chose the white guy - yet ISU never even interviewed a non-white, nor did Illinois.....
I just see incredible hypocrisy everywhere you look when compared to BU's hiring of JL and GF and how they were handled by the media.

Hypocrisy is everywhere in the media, government, sports, business, religion and in most people's personal behavior...
Kind of dog bites man post if you ask me.
No need to point it out all the time in recruiting, NCAA, etc....Most people will recognize it themselves; having to explain it every time it occurs to those who don't recognize it themselves is a waste of time, since these people won't care anyway....
I guess BU sports fans have their own muckraker right her on BF.com!
BTW... KW's relationship with JL vs GF... reminds me of the relationship between another outspoken former PJS Sports Columnist and JL when he (JL) got the job from JM... He ripped JL worse than KW ever has until the day he retired from the PJS...
Something about the former BU coach just seems to bring out the worst in PJS Sports Columnists..BUilding for the Future

2. ISU hired the first ever African American division one head basketball coach in Will Robinson, so maybe the media cuts them some slack? Not saying it's right, but just a theory.

BTW - back on subject - why did Nic Moore and a couple other ISU players boycott the introduction of Dan Muller?
Also - some interesting tweets by Jim Mattson:
Jim Molinari salary at WIU $140,000. Dan Muller ISU $375,000.
Geno Ford Bradley $700,000. ISU closer to WIU than BU. Why did Jank leave?
SIU went even cheaper with Barry Hinson at $250,000. Salary is why Bradley
was interviewing D-1 Head Coaches--and ISU interviewing assts.
My point is more how Bradley paid WAY more than ISU. As two people have already tweeted----maybe Bradley overpaid.
I now have 8 tweets w Nic Moore rumors---no official word yet. IF he leaves-
-its huge short term loss--Muller was hired for the long term

alright - here's a rumor....make what you want of it..
being mentioned on a Vanderbilt premium board..
James Siakam - a top recruit that went to Vandy two years ago -- he's athletic & talented but he's a tweener and and in his two entire seasons so far at Vandy has barely played and has scored just 6 points.
He's not a guard but at 6-6 - he's small to play PF against the SEC guys like Anthony Davis
So -- some rumble he might transfer ..and where might he go? Well, his favorite assistant at Vandy just took a spot in the MVC and now would have to free up yet another scholarship should Siakam want to transfer.
