I agree with you on Coach Williams Da Coach. He would be walking away from a lot right now if he left for an obscure (for now) D2 job in WV. I can imagine that this will be a very difficult decision for him; I would not be surprised if he stayed here to continue building what he has started. He knows that a lot of his kids look up to and depend upon his guidance. No doubt other opportunities will continue to come his way. He is a great "friend of the program" to Geno and BU.

the camps can bring in good revenue if well attended - but once hired - anyone in a BU assistant spot from any prior background would have no restrictions in running the camp
BUT hiring for a college coaching staff doesn't commonly seem to aim for someone from the high school level...
maybe at one time it happened more - back in the Rich Herrin days...but I don't know of too many hires anywhere in the past 5-10 years that brought high school coaches onto a college coaching staff...and the few I can think of were even pretty soundly denounced right here on this board.

Here's an example of how wrong you can get a story...
no - Pat Beilein is not the son of the Timberwolves head coach,
and no he is not taking over as head coach of West Virginia University..
