Well, this makes me sick seeing this! Don't know why he was still playing that late in the game considering how many injuries he went through this year.

Great D wins over great O and talent rises to the top. Miami has both over Indiana."Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

I have no issues with D-Rose personally, but I don't see him as the great man many others do.
let's not forget that he cheated on his college entrance exams by having someone else take them for him. His lying got Memphis' 35+ wins erased, as well as its 2nd place finish.
He is a good player, but as a person maybe not the best role model.
I certainly never want to see anyone get hurt however. When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.

That said, I did have more time to think about this, and I can see why he was still in if for nothing else than to play his way back into shape. So I don't have a real issue with Thibs keeping him in. And for the few knucklehead Twitterers calling for him to be fired, well why even bother with these people!

When I look at a positive role model, I'm more inclined to go with Mr. Korver.
A lot of good guys that have graduated from BU too that have done a lot of good for the community and for society in general. Maybe we haven't seen success on the court lately, but off the court, there's tons of success to be found!
