Reading the on-line Panty today...sounds like Chris Collins will not be an option--doesn't want to jeapordize his Dad's name at ISU if things don't go well--and Judson will be kept on as an assistant regardless who they hire according to their AD--but even eliminating Collins & Jud--the list has some quality people--

I just can't imagine Marty Simmons leaving Evansville for the 'Birds.
He's built the program to pretty strong right now and the Aces have a chance to finish Top 3 next season themselves. Not sure what the salary increase would be, but that would seem to be the only thing to pull him away.

As much as I'd like to see BU stronger than ISU right now...especially after 7 straight losses, I'd hate to see fallout, as the Birds only make the conference stronger next year with everyone returning.

Other than Creighton and UNI, I don't see any other Valley team having a legit shot to make the NCAA tournament.

Gard would be a nice hire...my money is on him or Muller. Doesn't sound like Collins is interested. It has been long thought that his next move will be to a high major or waiting out Coach K at Duke.
