Caris Levert, playing today in an Ohio All Star game - and surely coming from Central Ohio, Geno knows about him...

I expect a good team next season and we do not need a difference maker to do it. There is enough talent here to get it done...I am not saying top tier Valley team, but we should be a good team...

.500 team to me is mediocre not good, to me. I'm hoping we can be a .500 Valley team but if we do not get a shooter I have to believe we'll be sub-par. I hope you are right and they surprise me. The problem is that I've been on the, we are going to be very good or better then we have mentality which has caused me unneeded pain.

Good is relative, coach. I don't expect a good team, but I expect improved play over this past season. I still feel like there are too many second-teamers on the squad.

I really suggest you see last season's production from our 5th starter, whether it was SS, JC, or JE. These guys clearly lacked something to make most fans think they were second team talent.
If those guys (and others) were not lacking in talent, it may be lacking in something else, like experience, confidence, b-ball IQ.
I think more than lacking talent, it's a lack of leadership, confidence, and toughness.

teaming up on me heh? I saw last seasons production and I saw last seasons lack of whatever it was...I just have different ideas of what it was...I'll stand by my comment and say we should be a good team next season and it won't take a last minute "difference maker"...
