  • IHSA Class 4A Proviso East vs Rockford Auburn

I'm watching at home but how did these 2 teams make it to State? 31-0 vs 31-2. They just had the worst 1st quarter of possible historic proportions LOL. 18 combined turnovers, shooting about 15%, score of 4-2 LOL. Probably missed about 8 layups and missed all 8 Free Throw attempts I think it was.

27 combined turnovers at the half, (16 game minutes). Proviso East up 20-13 over Rockford Auburn. Auburn is 1 for 8 on FT's, not sure what Proviso East is.

In 4A, Proviso East pulled away and beat Rockford Auburn 55-45.
In the other 4A game, Simeon and Bloom are in a close game-

How close was Jabari to coming to Bradley?
... At the end, of the storm, there's a golden sky. And the sweet silver song of the lark. Walk on, through the wind, walk on, through the rain, though your dreams be tossed, and blown. Walk on, Walk on with hope in your hearts, and you'll never walk alone!
I'm behind you 100% Bradley Braves, You'll Never Walk Alone! BEAT STATE!

Probably as close as he's gonna get . He played on our floor and not very well I might add. very disappointed in the quality of play tonight. I 'm becoming convinced kids don't learn to shoot anymore. They just try to go one on one and then miss layups when they beat their man.

In the Peoria High game this afternoon, there were more dunks than shots made outside of 15 feet.
