Went to a tournament game of another conference .....

Came away with some interesting observations. Observations the Missouri Valley could include in how games are played in conference and possibly even out during the entire season making attending these 'events' much more fun and fan involved. At this game I observed, BOTH school bands were present meaning a much more fresh selection of music in an almost battle of the bands. No circus or book readings at every time out like what we find ourselves entreated to at every game at the civic center. I had no interest in either team at this playoff game I went to originally, but, all of these different approaches above made for what I saw as one of the most entertaining and exciting games I have witnessed in years.

Good idea to have both bands there if it's a tournament game. At a regular season home game I would say no.

I watched just about every conference tournament on TV, and considering attendance, crowd enthusiasm, and overall ambience, there are very few that do a better overall job than the MVC, and the MVC is the envy of every non-power conference.
