I think Cronin is a good coach and a good recruiter, but he has only had 1 NCAA appearance and never finished higher than a 7th seed in his 6 seasons at Cincinnati.
Cincinnati is currently 21-9, 11-6 in the Big East, but with an RPI of 68 which is only the 10th best RPI in the Big East. Their SOS is the 15th out of 16 in the Big East, but they should make the NCAA this year.Comment
