MVC Stats after BU's 4th game

The MVC site has a nice feature on its Men's Basketball page about Bradley's record setting win with 20 3-pointers.

In their updated stats, the offensive outburst last night changed a few things in the stat leaders....

Bradley IS NOW the top scoring/Offensive team in the Valley at 85ppg.
MSU is 2nd at 81.3ppg

BU still among the leaders in...
FG %- 2nd .506
3-pt FG%- 1st .505
Assists- 2nd 19.5/gm
Steals- 2nd 10.5/gm
Assists to Turnover Ratio- 1st 1.59
Defensive rebounding- 1st 25/gm

Jeremy Crouch is 2nd in scoring at 19.3ppg (right behind Nate Funk-20.5)
Zach Andrews is 8th at 14.8ppg

Zach Andrews leads in rebounding 10.5/gm

ZA 4th in FG%,.676

Will Franklin 2nd in assists at 6.25/gm

JC leads in FT% making all 12 of his attempts

Will 2nd in steals, 2.25/gm

JC 2nd in 3-pt FG%, .613, JJ Taual 8th at .500, Danny Adams 12th at .478.

Interesting that Bradley is first in defensive rebounds, but last in offensive rebounds.

Are they that different on each side of the court or could it be that since the Braves are shooting .506 from the field, there are no offensive rebounds to be had?

Have you seen the new pregame intro's at Carver this year? Its kind of scary and it goes on for like 15 minutes.

I do think that stat has something to do with the fact we are shooting so darn well so far.

I've only seen the intro via bradleybraves.tv, VromanFan.

But I am awefully concerned about the players running through the stands during the introductions. It's only a matter of time until someone falls down the stairs and tears an ACL.

Headless...there is a reason.
Bradley is hitting a good enough pct. of their shots, that there simply aren't as many offensive rebounds to get, plus BU is playing with 3 and 4 guards at a time and not expected to grab as many offensive rebs.
This is actually a good thing, not bad, as it means BU has a high shooting pct.
