Did a little recent history research this morning thinking I'd find a little nugget for BU fans to keep the hopes of winning on Thursday night alive!

Wichita St. and Bradley are the only Valley teams who have WON their 1st round games at Arch Madness since the 2008-'09 season.
And BU has won 5 of their last 6 opening round games since the Sweet 16 season.

Braves' victims:
2009 --- #5 SIU
2010 --- #4 Creighton
2011 --- #7 Drake

It's funny that I get pumped for BU in this tournament about as much as I do for the 1st game of the season...no matter how the season goes.
