I don't think we can judge who the team will be next year yet. I think it is VERY likely there will be players we don't have yet on next years team. Maybe not but I expect more turnover on the roster.

I hope Pickett can come close to replacing TB maybe not completely but close. And I hope Nate and Will can give an improved depth inside over just AT. I hope Bell gives at least some depth at Point. Then if we get maybe a couple other players that help, maybe scoring will be easier.

I am just saying it is too early to know what our team may be like next year.

As far as next season....really looking forward to Walters game...I think he can be a really good player with an offseason of shooting 3's and the late leadership role he seemed to take on the last 4 games! Some help in the paint by TP-NW and WE will not hurt either!

Not too many positives to take away from this season or last, but one that comes to mind is that Wilkens reneged on his verbal commitment to BU. He would add nothing to the rebuilding process that lies ahead and makes a mockery of some of his "handlers" who boasted he would be one and done off to the NBA.

          I would sure hope so.

That's because JP took most of those shoots. He seems to have a lot of trouble finishing. Next year he going to have a problem seeing the floor as much as he did this year unless he improves a heck of alot. We will have 3 bigs ahead of him that will get more time then him and that doesn't include SS so maybe that will be 4 bigs ahead of him?

Yes, good overall attendance but I noticed a ton of ISU fans in the lower bowl center section, how did that happen? Did some BU Season Ticket holders sell to the enemy? LOL I also noticed a couple ISU students in the BU student section, what's goin on here?

Glad to have this season over with, not sure next year will be a whole lot better but at least we'll get to see some new blood play.

If we get 5 or 6 conference wins and 12 or 13 overall, with a couple of these close losses going towards the win column, I will at least feel like we are going in the right direction. Then we have to be at least .500 by year 3.

Geno mentioned our inside problem is more than just one person. Guards driving inside for layups are not much better.

We need to develop the toughness to finish better as a team.

Hoping during the spring signing period we pick up 3 more players because in order for us to get better we need a rotation of at least 9 players that can contribute something each game. Pickett and Egolf should more then makeup for the loss of Brown, Bell appears to be a great recruit, Walt is really good, DSE should be better, now if only we had a center that could score and defend, also Crawford and Shayok will be better and Wells should help some if only for a few minutes.

Reynolds: isu beats the clock and Bradley...

Wessler: Encouraging word for Lemon, Bradley defense...

                      Taylor Brown Bradley career over...

                      MVC Tournament pairings....

I feel like this a is a good match-up for the Braves....who knows anything can happen...seem to be playing pretty good considering TB is out!

This is one of my pet peeves for this team for the past couple of years!!! IMHO anyone who misses layups by not using the glass should have a lot of running to do!

This game seemed like a typical end of the year conference game with both teams tired from the schedule. Both teams were very sloppy. On to St Louis.

I attended the game. It was the 1st time I had seen the War in 74 rivalry in Carver Arena since the late 80's!
And it was a thrilling game...for a fan of a 2-15 team anyways!
We just don't have guys that can put the ball in the hoop except for Walt.
I wish we had some other guys who were as tough and confident as WL.
You could just tell that everyone but him were hesitant to shoot when open for a shot.
Decent ball movement yesterday and took care of ball fairly well.
Another solid game for WL, as he is playing with more poise and savvy than ever before.
Just don't see how we can win with JP's miniscule production lately.
Need him to show up in St. Louis - he is the biggest key to possibly winning.

Very good defensive pressure, help, and intensity all game too!
That may have been the biggest plus.
