One interesting story I saw from last night --
in the midst of the heated Big Ten race - Indiana had a non-confwerence game last night against a newbie D-I called "NORTH CAROLINA CENTRAL"..
Indiana won easily 75-56 but they had a new TEAM MANAGER on the sidelines...
San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh sat on the bench and served as team manager....

BUT - one little trivia question -- did Jim Harbaugh ever play or score in a contest at Bradley?
The answer - is yes -- and some may remember --
way back in the early 1990's Bradley had a preseason, early-fall alumni and old timers' game....with proceeds going to charity....
Hersey Hawkins was there but he didn't play because of his NBA contract - but he somehow had connections and was able to convince a few members
of the Chicagio Bears football team to come for charity purposes...
A lot of other older Bradley guys from Gus Mason to Donald Reese were also there...
Harbaugh was apparently a pretty good athlete and basketball player in his high school days and he showed it on the court in the old-timers scrimmage
but Harbaugh also won the dunk contest -- pretty impressive for a guy that who wasn't much over 6 ft tall....
