For me, personally, out of all the D-1 teams I've seen this season, which is a lot, only Wright State and SMU can throw up bricks with the same frequency we can. I'll stick by my statement...we have NO ONE who can shoot the ball consistently.

No one is 0-20 bad from 3-point shooting. If we regress towards the mean we win. Free throw shooting is another thing though, a few more of those need to go down.

True, but with so few wins this year, this was frustrating to lose this game. Oh well. At least this team deserves credit for not giving up.

I'm guessing Drake gets to use the illness excuse as to why they only beat us by 7 points.

First 10 minutes we were working the offense and playing good defense. The next 25 minutes saw just some ugly basketball. The last 5 minutes saw us in desperation mode as we tried to come back from 18 down. Same song different verse. Bad FT shooting, too many missed layups and horrendous 3-point shooting normally adds up to a losing effort. At least they didn't give up and had it down to 4 with the ball and then Walt threw up the worst shot of the night instead of working for a better shot. I just want us to have a more consistent effort on both ends of the court. Is that too much to ask?
