Taylor Brown has got to figure out that if he's having an off-night, he needs to do other things to contribute. Every time he drives to the basket with 3 men defending I always scream for him to kick it back out. I understand being a little selfish when you're on a bad team, but over the last few games I've noticed it more and it's been bothering me. Most of Taylor's 11 missed shots were on contested drives to the bucket.Comment

Taylor made some good plays on the defensive end, but Bradley rarely seems to get all aspects of their game in sync on the same day. Obviously we need more consistent shooters to break through against teams that are strong defensively. But a good effort by the Braves today as it is usually pretty difficult to win in Springfield.Comment

I agree...and so were DSE's...when DSE spots up or gets all the way to the rim he does pretty well, but those off balance mid range jumpers are not good shots.Originally posted by spoon View PostComment

I saw the first half on ESPN3 before I had to leave for a concert. They played really good D, but they wasted WAY too many turnovers. Fortunately the Bears were missing too. I liked the progress, and we weren't blown out. Team's still getting better, and just an 11 point deficit for the L, I'll take it, this could be turning it around for Geno

It's good Geno has got the team back to the level they were last season. Now Geno just needs that extra player or 2 to start winning more of these close games they were losing all the time last season.

That's a good point. If we finish the season with a lot of close losses, that shows progress, and that shows we are not as far away from turning some of those losses into wins.Originally posted by jasonpeoria911 View Post
