The 100% POSITIVE Bradley basketball thread

This seems to be the year of the underdog in sports. The Cards were 10 games out of the playoffs with 1 month to go and won the World Series. The NY Giants were 7-7 and ended up winning 8 straight for the Super Bowl.

I don't think Bradley will be that lucky but maybe winning a couple games down in STL just to ruffle some feathers into the off season LOL.

After going 7-7, they have 2 Regular season games left. Wild Card teams only needs to play 4 games in the playoffs to win Super Bowl. So I think you meant to say 6-0 after going 7-7.

Being positive...I've seen more BU games (streaming, TV, in person) over the last 2 years than any time in following Braves hoops for almost 20 years!

Is that the reason why....never mind...Staying positive!

I am a lifelong Bradley basketball fan - (don't even follow much other sports unless the Bulls or White Sox are doing well)

BUT I love our guys and we deserve to start winning......

OK - time to start looking at the positives...

-Go Bradley, beat Loyola and start a new streak
-Bradley ALWAYS does have the best & most loyal fans - just treat them right, put a good product on the floor and they will come.
-no more Mr. Nice Guy - we need to get mean and be tougher
-pull the upset of the year next week and knock off Wichita State!!
-we have good kids, they generally play hard...
-we still have tourney games and a shot at advancing...stranger things have happened
-optimism about a few kids coming in next year - especially Tramique
-The top Valley teams also lose a lot -
...Wichita loses Cleanthony Early and several of their other key contributors (Wiggins, Lufile, Coleby)
...Sycamores lose a majority of their starters and best players
...don't see anyone else who returns a dominant lineup - so there's always a chance we can find a way to be in the mix

well - we didn't knock off the Shox, but we get to start over Thursday and let's be the first Thursday team to make it to the final!!
