Jalen has had his best games of the year the past two games.
He is 7-15 on FG and 4-7 from 3. He bested his previous career highs in points the last two games as well with 8 and then 11. He has been a bright spot amongst the gloom.

He definitely has earned some more PT from our two starting guards. the future is looking good for Jalen.

Agreed. And I hope he plays earlier in the games against the better players in the Valley as a measuring stick to see what areas he needs to improve in.

I didn't watch the ISU game, but he looked lost on the defensive end far too often against Evansville.

Playing time has nothing to do with how you play defense.No one on this team plays defense.

An open shot is an open shot whether you are playing against starters or reserves. At least Jalen has been able to do something other players haven't done consistently - knock down some open 3s. If he continues to do it he should get more time. Defense? Jalen can give up layups as well as anyone else.
