Chris Lowery has tried changing around his starting lineup and playing rotation more than any other MVC coach. Only senior Mamadou Seck has started all 20 games. One other player, freshman Dantiel Daniels, has started 14 games, and no other player has started more than 10.

Bloomington native and senior Justin Bocot, who everyone expected to be the team leader and a key player this season, has fallen way down the playing rotation lately. He has only averaged under 10 minutes of playing time the last couple weeks, and has scored 2 baskets in his past 5 games combined.

We have a good shot at this game if we can reduce the number of easy shots- layups and dunks we give up. SIU shot an amazing 57.4% for the game when they beat us in Peoria, mostly on high percentage shots. SIU is only shooting 41% for the season, which is dead last in the MVC.

Yeah, we've had some great games the past 2 years in C'dale - down to the wire in both.
Last year, we got our 2nd league W there.
