that was the info I was trying to find out - but the only info readily available thru city hall was the name of the owner and his last known address which was a dead end.
I think a lawyer might know how to learn more or get more info & records....but I didn't have the time to invest nor did I care sufficiently to want to hire a lawyer at my own expense
I was hoping that sooner or later I'd find an avenue to get in there or contact the owner...
whoever the owner is (and reportedly it is noted ex-Peorian & lawyer Chase Ingersoll)..keeps using tricky legal maneuvers to avoid city hall's actions...
My old neighbor, architect Les Kenyon, who was very active in the area of trying to preserve the area's older architecture - was also active in trying to get this building protected, repaired and preserved but alas - Les grew old and passed away and nobody seems to care...
