This got real ugly in a hurry! Some can say it will be payback time in a few years if we ever become a top tier team and WSU has a down year. I'm talking about all the three's their second team is launching against us. Others would say they have every right to run up the score since we are so bad.

Well, I hope Bradley works their butts off in the next couple of years because we never want to become this bad again!

Go BU over UNI on Sunday! Maybe it's a game we can steal at home.

I see no improvement game to game. That is not due to a shortage of talent. That is a shortage of coaching. This team, despite the pleadings of a few, including those in the media who have been duped, is regressing rapidly in every phase of the game. Yes Wichita State is better than Bradley, but there is enough talent there that if well coached, should be way more competetive than what we are seeing, game after game, after game, etc.

I know there are a bunch of fans who feel just like you. I think it remains to be seen in the next couple years what Geno can do. There is no question we are performing poorly. But just because there is individual talent. Doesn't mean there is enough talent or a complete team to compete.

What we have

How many of the current roster would Geno have recruited? I know when one inherits a new team, a new office when leadership is involved to change a culter to change mindsets, expectations,chemistry etc it takes time and it is not like a light switch. This was my experience in the business world. It only changed when I could get my guys in there who were on the same page with me. people are attracted to successful leaders who they can relate to.give this time and if Geno's performance equals the previous leader's' performance after 5-6 years of below average performance then make judgment. At least with Geno there is a proven track record of success when he was offerd this opportunity

ours or SIU's -- SIU starts a couple kids Geno passed on..and Geno admits he recruited JP & DSE when he was at Kent State and Gregg Marshall also says he wanted DSE & Taylor Brown..
so count those, too?

BTW -- Garrett Stutz was not much better as a freshman than Nate Wells is or will be next year and so we need to develop our own...
