    OK I purchased the package and for the most part it has improved but not that much. Today though it looked terrible when it was working but at least I could watch it between buffering. Right now though for the 2nd half it is completely down!

    The product needs work! Can someone get a professional to work on it for once? This is not rocket science!

      I haven't been able to get it to work at all tonight! Just made the purchase a week ago after staying away for awhile. Lesson learned!

              Different year, same substandard product. You think they'd show a sense of urgency after all these years.

              So disappointing, considering how many other schools with far less resources can do a much better job.

                I was also unable to get it to work at all yesterday, despite multiple attempts throughout the game. I think things have slowly improved over the few years, but it really is disappointing that they still have not been able to deliver a consistently decent product to date.

                  For the most part it has been much better this year. The notable exception was the the first 15 minutes of the second half last night. And it was basically unwatchable during that time.

                    That's good. I purchased it a few years back and was very disappointed. Support was non-existent, and I haven't purchased it since then. At least one person says it has improved. I'm still staying away.
                    I can do all things through pasta, which strengthens me.

                          For the record- I received an email from Bobby Parker after the game reminding us that the video and audio feed for tonight's game came from the Wichita TV station doing the televising of the game.

                            I never bought this, but I can't believe the horror stories still being posted regarding this service! This is really awful that a school with in a high mid-major conference like ours can't get a simple tv broadcast correct. Drexel had great online video for free, and the Horizon League offers free viewing as well, with few if any problems.

                            I hope Bradley gets these issues fixed by the time the team becomes good again in a few years!
