It sounds like the NCAA is concerned about the increased trend with transfers. Now that it is hurting the BCS boys, and not just the midmajors, and now that the APR results at big schools like UConn are leading to penalties previously seen only at schools like Grambling, expect some new NCAA legislation soon to try to address it-
