For those unfamiliar......I came across this a few years ago. Just something that takes into account total production as well as minutes played and rolls it all up into one nice picture where each player can be numerically-compared.
I will also include the Adjusted Ratings, which will give Win Effect only 10% of the total. Offensive Efficiency, Total Offense, and Possessions Gained each account for 30% of these adjusted ratings. This change doesn't have a huge overall impact, but it does help guys who shine on a team that's not doing well. It also helps to offset the pull that great teams have on average players.
