Former Bradley point guard Joel Okafor, who was one of Coach Wardle's first recruits back in April, 2015, spent his freshman season as a reserve at Bradley. Then he transferred to NAIA powerhouse Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, and he has already been a part of an NAIA National Championship team as a junior last season.
Joel was mostly a reserve as a sophomore at IWU (2016-17), but he was the starter and one of the key players as a junior last season helping to lead IWU to the 2018 NAIA Division II National Championship.
Now he returns for his senior season with Indiana Wesleyan.

Josh Cunningham will be a senior this season at Dayton. He left Bradley after the 2014-15 season, then sat out his first year at Dayton (2015-16), then ended up playing in only 11 games his second season (2016-17) due to injury. But then he returned last year (2017-18 ) and played in all 31 games for Dayton and lead the team with 15.6 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.

Jerome Merritt left Bradley after a redshirt freshman season (2016-17). He played last season at College of Central Florida. He is not on this year's roster, and we have not found where he might be playing this year.
