Some of the concerns with this year's team were obvious tonight- poor perimeter shooting (4-17, 23.5%), and lack of inside depth (JP no baskets, SS no points, and -9 rebounding). Bradley made a valiant comeback to have a couple of chances to tie the game in the final minute, but couldn't get the shots to fall. Overall a very entertaining game. We really need to get a little more out of one or two of the freshmen and a little more from our bench players.

I have been concerned about three point shooting for this year for a while, and I am concerned it won't get much better next year. The last few minutes were a tremendous effort, but I was a little embarrassed with the effort at times to disagree with the other thread. The one possession that really sticks out was the possession where they got by all of our guys for an open break layup, missed, got the rebound and still after all that only Jake was back, and they made the second attempt.
I love the fight in this team and the last few minutes were outstanding, but we need that effort the whole game. Outstanding effort by CW tonight! -
Wofford Postgame
Tough game. Wofford collapsed down on Prosser and took him out of the game. They dared us to hit the three and we don't. We have to figure that out if we want to win 15 or 16 games.
The Good
- This team didn't give up
- Nice bench help from Charonn and Sticks
- defense at the end
The Bad
-7 minutes from a starter
-JP just didn't have it
- getting out-rebounded by 9
-free throw shooting
-3pt shooting

IMO, we have a 3 point shooter but he wasn't put in the game until there was 1:39 to go and wasn't even looked for. He can't play defense? Well who does on this team?What part of illegal don't you understand?Comment

For 3 years now we have heard what a great shooter he is, but he has to have a chance. Tonight was another example of bad 3 point shooting.
