The delay is similar to the delay if you listen to WMBD's web streaming audio. It is dependent on your connection, but it probably won't be a match.

I can't get a match watching WEEK live at home on local tv with WMBD live on the local radio.

Okay so the video is decent. What about the audio? Is the delay even enough that I can listen to Dave and Coach on the online radio while still watching video?

When it is working, the audio is the WMBD broadcast, and is in sync.
