Just my opinion, but we weren't that much better than UMKC, home or away. Give Geno time.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

At least BU is beating these teams. That is positive!

Have you seen the upsets in the preseason?

For whatever reason, it seems like Geno is going to keep WLJ in there no matter how he is (or isn't) producing.

Yes.....but a certain team down the road LOST to a bad D1 school. At least we got a double-digit WIN!

Don't forget.....we were a last place team eight months ago!

This may have been a W but Bradley did not win this, Missouri lost it.

I agree. I hope we will be able to compete with D1 talent. One thing for sure, they are getting better!

With Prossers free throws (50%) and Eastmans 3's (very wide open btw) and lack of rebounding.........please. Edwards and Brown played well and Prosser was good on the boards but the majority of the rest was sloppy. Far too many 2 and 3rd chances for Missouri on offensive rebounds. Horrible 3 point (2-12) and free throws (10-19 first half).

Missouri had half of their rebounds on offense. They were 22 for 60 FG and 7-18 for free throws.

You still think we dominated or Missouri lost?

I have been critical of the staff, but even I would not go this far!
                          Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

You are expecting way too much too early Stardust.
Sloppy play at the onset of college hoops season is the norm more than the exception.
Like Chico said, Give Geno time.
We will surely not be blowing anyone out either, but we should really look for the steady improvement as a whole and that we take care of bizness vs. teams that we should beat...especially at home.

There you go, page 3. Or is this insinuating that it was adequate play.

Look I'm not trying to be negative and there were positives about last night, Brown, Edwards, Prosser boards. I also was impressed by Eastman's drive in the second half. I'm just seeing a lot of things that we could be doing better.
