I like the 9 reb in limited minutes. Any chance you have actual minute totals from the games too?

I have pdf files of the box scores of all three games in e mails -- courtesy of someone at the school...

In all three games he has played right around 20 minutes give or take a couple...

-against God's Academy, Tyshon picked up 4 fouls and played only half the game..
but he also had only one turnover - another nice aspect of his stat line

-and against Sterling - 14 different players played so everyone shared the minutes about evenly and 13 of them scored, only two had double figures, and the rest all scored between 2 and 9 pts --and this time Tyshon had only one personal foul and again only had one turnover...and also getting 2 blocks
They held the opponent (Sterling College) to only 14-50 (28%) and 5-21 (24%) from 3-pt.

They need to get going and play tougher competition!

I like those stats for the amount of minutes he's getting. He's going to be a big help for JP.

Start them both? I'm hoping he comes in and has the ability to start. With NW and WE coming of the bench. Or at least starts with JP his senior year.

Here's the stats on Tyshon Pickett's most recent game and Tyshon had a breakout game against Hesston College

He went 9-14, and 9-10 from the FT line for 27 points, plus 19 rebounds! (incl. 9 offensive rebounds - more than half the entire team's total)

TB's replacement. Just as Nate Wells will be AT's replacement.

I think Shayok can be TB's replacement. Between SS, NW, WE, JP, and now TP it appears we might actually have some big man depth next year. I don't want to get too excited though or I might jinx it. With DS and KB hopefully solidifying the PG spot next year with some emergency help from WL, if we can find a way to obtain a shooter or two I'd be pretty excited.

9 of 10 from the free throw line? That'll be different.

Tyshon's Dodge City Conq's won again last night (81-76) to push their overall record to 8-1...

Labette was led by three future D-I recruits Dre Connor (23 pts/5 asst) and Wendell Lee (21 pts/9 reb), and Vincent Cornu (9 pts/7 rebs)but..

Tyshon Pickett went for 22 pts - missing only one FG attempt on the night and TP also grabbed 7 rebs and dished out 2 asst. playing in just 20 minutes as the Dodge City coach plays a large number of players as their rugged style leads to a lot of fouls..
71 total fouls were called in this game, and an amazing 87 FT attempts taken - Dodge was only 29-52, but TP was 10-14!

I have the box score I can FWD if you PM me..they are now off 'til Dec. 1
