If it was moved to an earlier time, there would be a lot of people who would miss it because they have Sunday church services. If it was moved later, it still would conflict with the end of the football game. And there are way too many factors preventing them from changing dates easily.
Da Coach, I am going to disagree with ya here. Game times can be changed and have been changed.

I will look it up when I get a chance, but there was an ISU game a few years ago that was scheduled at the same time of a huge Bears play-off game.

ISU was able to move the game up several hours because of it. I remember because a ton of people were wearing their Bears clothes to the game. I will see if I can find a link for ya.

I can understand a playoff game, but a week 10 regular season game?
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

I think it's more that it was an ILSU as opposed to a BU than the fact that it was playoff vs. regular season...

Your right and I agree with ya.

ISU changed the game time when the Bears were in the NFC Championship game back in 07:

NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State men's basketball game versus Drake on Sunday afternoon at Redbird Arena has been moved up two hours, the Illinois State Athletics Department announced. The game between the Redbirds and the Bulldogs was originally scheduled for 2:05 p.m. The new starting time is 12:05 p.m. CST, and should allow local fans the opportunity to watch both the `Birds and the Chicago Bears, who will be playing for the NFC Championship.
Going by the announcement day, that's only 5-6 days notice.

Agreed with you Da Coach. And, remember, there is another team involved here in UMKC. Bradley can't just outright change the game time without checking with UMKC as well. They should and would have a say in that.

Keep the game where it is. If you want to stay at home and watch the Bears, that's fine--but Bradley shouldn't worry about that.

a week 10 regular season game for a team that's going to finish around .500...

and a sudden change in scheduling time will result in a far greater drop off in attendance than what the Bears game would have resulted in --
