No surprise- Ohio State picked to win the Big Ten this season (they received all 24 votes), and Ohio State center Jared Sullinger was picked as the preseason Player of the Year. Wisconsin was picked 2nd, and Michigan State 3rd. The conference only announces only the top 3 vote getters, but Illinois was voted 6th-
