EXACTLY! If you want to keep the Jim Les thing going, fine, but putting blame on Coach Ford is absurd.

P.S. save your response of "did you care when people didnt support Jim?". I agree some criticism was unfair but now so is this. Two wrongs...

Stir stir. I read the entire thread on the Braves being picked 10th. Didn't see one post blaming Jim. There was no bigger Jim Les backer than myself, but he's gone and has moved on to another coaching job. Get over it. If I did, you can.
What part of illegal don't you understand?

Umm, is that not what every school in the country wishes? Yeesh.

Some people would have you believe these kids commit to schools and not to coaches. Using that thought process, I'm sure those same people are blaming Geno for "losing" a kid that had already commited to the school.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

Actually shaunguth, I don't think anyone blames Geno OR Les for losing Abell. I, personally, put more blame on the "system" that encourages a kid to commit early to a coach. I think if the "system" encouraged kids to commit to a school instead, with penalties of some form for breaking that commitment when a coach leaves, more kids would think twice before committing to a SCHOOL. So, I primarily place the blame on a flawed system. And, secondarily, I place blame on the kid for going back on his word. I'm quite sure the "commitment" wording is for committing to the school, not the coach.

You're right......they're committing to the schools.

Did Remy Abail see our facilities before he decided to leave? You can't deny these facilities...

Yes -- BU's facilities - some of which were still in the works were part of why we landed him - but IU also has tremendous new facilities...so when JL was fired, Remy went looking elsewhere & liked the chance to play at IU

Can we put RA posts in the same boat as SM posts?? jk

I watched the last 10 minutes of the IU game hoping to see RA who had I think 5 or 6 points at the time....but I didn't see him log anymore minutes after that.

                              Maybe I was flipping around.

I think that RA logged 8 minutes for the game. I am curious to see what happens to his PT?
