Read it again.
After I said I hope he does well I stated "but it won't affect me either way", which is why I couldn't care less. I understand his decision, I hope he does well at Illinois, but if he doesn't I don't care. It's actually not that hard to understand.
Have you ever hoped something goes one way but if it didn't it doesn't really matter to you? I'm sure you have. That's this situation.
I hoped the Tampa Bay Rays would make it to the World Series, but they didn't and I don't really care. I hope SM does pretty well at Illinois to represent the valley/bradley, but if he doesn't I couldn't care less..it will not affect my mood one iota.
