LSU - a big time school, the alma mater of Pistol Pete & Shaq....you wouldn't think they need to beg for fans...
BUT after a couple of SEC last place finishes - and drawing only 6000 to some home games last year...they are taking no chances...
the first home game is COMPLETELY FREE -- just walk thru the door and you're in!!!
It's part of a special deal on the same day as a big home football game so surely they oughta get fans for this one....
The season ticket holders get their regular seats but every other seat in ther arena is first come-first serve!
Their home arena, the Maravich Center, which seats 13,800, has not sold out since 2009
