After 1-3 it is sort of a mess. SIU is widely expected to finish dead last. Didn't UNI finish the season last year with 10 losses or something crazy like that? Missouri St. has Weems and 4 new starters. Evansville looks to be extremely underrated in this. I might venture to put them at the 4 spot, move UNI, MSU and SIU down and BU and ISU up.
