Heard about this on the early TV news this morning. They said smoke/flames from the multiple tanker cars on fire could be seen from I-80, which is approximately 9 miles away!

I played a couple of HS basketball games in Tiskilwa's gym...if I remember right the locker rooms were below the floor or somewhere down under....it was kind of a creepy place to play

Nice little town but the police didn't like you making u-turns on the main street. Worked alot of games there when Hall of Famer Bob Prossder (sp) coached there.

I played a couple of HS basketball games in Tiskilwa's gym...if I remember right the locker rooms were below the floor or somewhere down under....it was kind of a creepy place to play

I played there too Lefty, it was not my favorite gym either. Ohio was a real treat too good basketball teams for a very small town but the gym was like the gym in Hoosiers and it was loud, loud...

my kids have played soccer there a couple times but never been in the old HS building..they apparently don't use it as a school any more..

Chuck also played a lot of fast pitch softball at Procter Center in Peoria after his basketball days at BU. A fun guy.
