Two weeks away from getting to see Geno's team for the first time. I need an update from everyone that goes to the game on the following.

Is SS as good as advertised
How far along is TB
Who can handle the point for us


Anything I am missing for the fans that dont live in the Peoria area and will not be at the game?

Right now Nate wells will not be playing this year, unless another injury to the frontcourt happens...though he has improved and put on almost 30 lbs since he got here.

Nate Wells can still play in the Red-White game, though, without affecting his redshirt status.

I am interested in seeing how Devon Hodges looks. I have not heard much mention of him. I hope he can help inside. Of course it is always hard to tell how good big men look since they are not playing against another teams big man. I know he isn't a "Big" but could play inside.

I think Hodges will be a hybrid 3/4 at Bradley (depending on match-ups).

I'm concerned that there is no bench at the 5. I've spoken to, and heard Coach Ford speak on numerous occasions and he never mentions AT. That's not a good sign.

Other than all of the above.....I look forward to seeing how JL's guys are used in a different offense, mostly MK, AT, and JE. I'm also looking forward to seeing DS as I've been waiting for what seems like forever to see him put on a Bradley uniform and play with JP and DSE in a game! I know some people don't believe in recruiting local players for whatever reason and others don't see DS in Geno's plans this year, and especially next. We'll see.

We won't be seeing TB in this game. While I would like to know how far along he is, he has been suspended for the scrimmage due to a violation of team rules.

I've never read a post where anyone said anything close to not recruiting locally. What I have heard is why we recruit so much out of state. I believe what some of us have said is that we do not care where a recruit is from.
