I hope coach Ford is a confidence builder and isn't quick to yank a player for one mistake and gives them a chance to try again sooner rather than 3-10 games later.

His record says he is not one to yank players, but rather build up their confidence. I think for some of our guys that will be a very welcome change. Hopefully, it will translate into more consistency and improved improved play.

Italy, Sicily and Greece have been on my agenda for the past 4 weeks of vacation. Just finishing up scouting a couple of kids in the Athen's Public School League, before heading back to Az tomorrow morning...
