Watch for Shayok Shayok to have a big freshman year for Bradley.
I have a feeling Reynolds may be correct about this, but keep in mind, this is coming from the same guy who touted Milos a couple of years ago.

Maybe Milos just hasn't been used correctly.

Whatever be with Milos I like his attitude a ton! He seems to be the most positive player on this team. Sometime it takes a player a few years to showcase their skills. I'm hoping we'll see that from AT as well.

+1 just stating that it is difficult to gauge players in preseason team scrimmages.

Yes, Remy played point guard early in his high school career, then was moved more to a wing position later in high school, but he still played some point.

ESPN listed him as a point guard recruit-
              http://insider.espn.go.com/ncb/recru..._%3dremy-abell

He played point guard for the Kentucky All Star team -
The Kentucky All-Stars had their final tuneup for this weekend’s games against Indiana with a scrimmage against the Junior All-Stars on Tuesday night at Eastern High School in Louisville. Indiana signee Remy Abell played point guard for the most of ...

And handled the PG duties very well-

And Indiana coach Tom Crean has said publically he thinks Remy can play some point guard at IU this season.
It is yet to be seen if Remy can play point guard in the Big Ten, but our coaches who scouted him extensively believed he could have been a point guard this year at Bradley.

Thanks DC. I never thought of RA as a PG..... Maybe it's because we already had Stewart.

Take it with a grain of salt! Dave raved about Milos in the same manner! He gets excited just like the rest of us.

That said, I still think that Milos time here isn't finished & he still could become a productive threat. It will be interesting to see what GF does with the guys he has!

Coach Ford has had a lot of good things to say about Shayok. I think he'll probably be one of the starting 5.

In case anyone was hoping I'd left the BF.com Forum for greener pastures, not the case......

Italy, Sicily and Greece have been on my agenda for the past 4 weeks of vacation. Just finishing up scouting a couple of kids in the Athen's Public School League, before heading back to Az tomorrow morning...

It has been fun keeping up with BF.com from hotel computers where I could. Exciting times at BU!

Sorry SFP, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for AT to deliver as a fith year senior, and this comes from the ultimate AT supporter the past 4 years...

If AT does come though this season, the coaching change pain at BU would have been worth it to me!

I always thought that AT was played out of position. He is not strong enough to play the 5 at this level and I also heard he has a decent jump shot. So why slot him at the 5? He will have his moments this year and the running should benefit his game if he comes into the season in great shape. In a running style type of system being light helps.

AT biggest problem is he is just soft.

or lack of confidence. If you're standing open and don't get passed the ball it's either the guards were not capable of making the pass or more interested in their own game in a disheveled season or it's a coaches decision. I hope coach Ford is a confidence builder and isn't quick to yank a player for one mistake and gives them a chance to try again sooner rather than 3-10 games later.
