Apparently the settling of the contract allows him to use his twitter account and speak sparingly about it, as he tweeted earlier today for the first time since the firing. I hope he does well out west. I'm rooting for him.

I am glad that this is settled and everyone can move on.
          Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

???It??™s awful hard,??™??™ said Illini freshman guard D.J. Richardson, the former Central High School guard who played prep school ball a few miles from here and fought back tears outside the locker room. ???It??™s a hometown thing. It??™s bragging rights.??™

I was also wondering what happened when I saw that earlier today....now we know!
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

A good settlement is when both sides win; I hope that happened here. I'd love nothing better than to see a BU/UC-D match-up in Round 2 of the NCAA Tournament someday soon.

Good to hear, and am glad it did not have to go to court. Now he can go on with his new job without any further distractions.

we are fans and often never know the "business end" of college athletics -- but from the sounds of it I prefer to remain just a fan and not get involved in the business part

Agreed--and I'd love to win the lottery someday soon---but not likely

Let's start by just getting ourselves out of the bottom dweller spot of the Valley first
