FWO, those are the tickets that were made available to each school - $92 all-session tickets. I am sure there are other options through the Sears Centre. They just won't be in Bradley's block.

$92 is a lot better than flight/hotel/tickets in cancun. I hope ISU is able to get in this tourney next year. Should be fun for you guys to try and get a big contingent there. Heck, I may even go if I find a ticket at the right price.

It should be noted that if these things aren't selling, no doubt the cost will come down through some sort of coupon or groupon as we get closer.

If you think the $92/$62 prices for the full 8-game session of the Chicago Invitational Classic are high, check out the price for tickets to the Cancun Challenge.
Illinois State just posted ticket prices.
All Tournament passes (all 8 games- 2 days) are available for the low price of $250.00 !
Individual session passes are $90 per session.

Plus, fans who are not staying at the exclusive hotel hosting the Cancun Challenge must pay an additional $20 fee per day, in addition to the ticket costs, just to enter the property and attend the games in their arena. They also offer an all-inclusive day-pass for the hotel for a mere $88 per day (in addition to ticket fees) that allows the fans to partake in all the hotel's amenities for that day. What a deal!

There is no curent plan for them to be televised. The 2 Bradley games are not scheduled to be part of the Comcast package.
The tournament people own the rights, so it might be a possibility that the TV rights could be acquired by someone and one or both games televised, but likely not by Comcast.

BTW- I am hearing that the information about what games Comcast will televise will be announced soon. The number of games is increased this year, and fans will like the package of TV games (except those who can't get Comcast).

Although it is good to see BU games on some sort of local tv, I can't believe this is the best possible way to bring games to the public. The percentage of homes with cable is around 40% and plumetting in this area.

I do understand the hesitation by networks to preempt primetime tv for BU games. But with the influx of quasi-network stations, couldn't something be worked out where Saturday and Sunday games could be on WEEK and weeknights on the CW(for example)? At least all BU fans could access those games worst case with rabbit ears.

Most games will also be available on the BravesTV, which I have watched this year for a couple soccer games, and it is tremendously improved over the past. This is a great option for those outside the area.

Maybe Bobby Parker can comment on your concerns, but I do not think it is likely the games will go back on local broadcast TV stations again. Too many problems, stations unwilling to preempt programming, and they only want the top couple games such as ISU, Creighton, etc.

I have heard that the BU / Wisconsin game is being picked up by the Big 10 network....however I have no way to confirm this at this time.

Wisconsin's schedule says the Big Ten Network.
