Those are nice thoughts, but it does not change the fact that there was much more recruiting information being made public a year ago than this year, and there is even less being reported by Dave than he had last year. I have no problem with that. If Coach Ford wants to keep more things close to the vest to give him an advantage, that's fine. Many coaches, especially midmajor coaches, do that.

#10 Lorenzo Dillard (Evanston Twp HS) Evanston, IL 6-0/160 PG - still open but serious concerns on academcis and the kid still has no offers...

Lorenzo Dillard was Top 10 rated in Illinois back in 2013 but went virtually unrecruited due to bad academics...
since then he has bounced around to multiple junior colleges as well...but did manage to have a great season last year at Cloud Co. - 17ppg, 5 rpg, 5apg
plus 2.3 steals per game and over 36% from the arc

now he's at Midland and still has no offers...but if he can get his Associates Degree this year at juco he should get some interest
