The NCAA passed several rules changes a few months ago. The most noticeable change in men's (and women's) basketball will be the addition of the restricted area semicircle, otherwise known as the charge circle.
other changes include moving the women's three point line back a foot to 20'9", the same distance as the men's three point arc. That will remove one of the 3-point lines from most floors.
