She urges that you call 677-2667 and they want to make things right for you..
She also said that she has personally worked on that donor web page regularly since 2010 so it is updated continuously...

Lastly -- I am impressed that someone at BU would go this far out of their way to try to seek out anyone who is the least bit unhappy and they want to try to make it right...
I think they are doing an awesome job.
