SEMO will get $70,000 for the "buy game" they will play at Bradley's Renaissance Coliseum on Wed. Nov. 16. But that is actually a bargain. They play 2 other "buy games" this season. They will get $90,000 each for their games at Oregon and Missouri.

Why in the world are they getting so much from Mizzou?! I can understand Oregon giving that much because of travel expenses but Mizzou?! Its a 3 1/2 hour drive from Cape Girardeau to Columbia. That would be like DePaul(just using as an example) paying Bradley that much to come to Chicago to play. Do teams stay overnight for short trips like that? I would think for expense purposes it would be bus to the game, play the game, eat, come home. Its not like you are transporting a football team either....

You wouldn't think Bradley needs any bulletin board material for the SEMO game, but...
here's a blogger for the Ohio Valley Conference who labels SEMO's game at Bradley as a game they should win!!
"..The first game that sticks out at me is the visit to Bradley on November 16th. Bradley wasn't a very good team last year,
and even lost to Eastern Illinois in the middle of an early season 5-game skid. It's a winnable road game for the Redhawks"
But then the same guy seems to think's SIUE's game at ISU is winnable, too...
