ISU down 44-39 at the under 8 minute timeout. ISU, InSt and Evansville worry me a bit. These teams have to perform well for the Valley to move into that next level. I guess SMU is an okay team, but one that is beatable. Go Redbirds (for today at least)!

I think it is a Redbird 1 pt lead with SMU going to the line.

I keep losing the audio at the link I provided.

And on a tip in at the buzzer on top of that! The Valley can't lose games like that.

Better luck tomorrow night against Florida St! They'll need it there!

                        ISU will get better.
They are starting a lineup of Fortes (who has not played that much except the extreme end of last season), Dilligard, then three new guys (Dom Johnson, Slack, and Richardson.)
They will be more consistent by the end of the season and will pull some upsets.

                          I agree with that assessment.

Too bad to lose a close one like this for the MVC.

Wow, Boo Richardson 6 turnovers, 4 assists. Not what they need from him.
As a group, the ISU bench was 3-18 including 0-7 from Osiris Eldridge. The starters were 17-39.
