I have purchased the stream every year since it has been available. It is not accurate to say there has been no improvement, but it certainly has not been what it should, and has been extremely frustrating on many occasions. Last year I routinely checked to see if I could find a stream elsewhere (channelsurfing or our opponent's website), because other sites were always better quality and more reliable. I'll buy it again this year, because it's the only way I'll get to see most of the games, but I really hope it is a better product this year.

I could find more, but I'm not trying to trash anyone, particularly Bobby who has always been very helpful with by questions regarding BU basketball and seems to really get what fans want, but MANY times we have been told and reassured streaming would get better, only to be let down.
Luckily, I moved back and have season tix now, so it's only the road games I care about...

I don't think the billing and customer service is handled directly by the Bradley athletic department, but by the Neu Lion service that runs it.
Have you tried submitting an inquiry here?-
From what I have heard from other subscribers, they have always answered promptly.

Let me begin by once again acknowledging that we have had more than our share of issues with the video streaming of live events over the years and pledging that we are committed to providing a quality service. I do believe it is a bit unfair to say there have been no improvements over the years, however, when we have made substantial upgrades in technology and staffing to improve the service. Clearly, more needs to be done and we are working hard to make Bradley All-Access (please stop calling it B.TV) the best it can be.
With all of that being said, however, I do have a couple of questions:
1) I often see references to the stream available on channelsurfing.net being of a higher quality, including those games where the only originating video stream is provided through Bradley All-Access. If we are providing the only stream of a non-televised game, that means someone is pulling in the video stream, upgrading it, and pushing it out (ILLEGALLY) to channelsurfing.net viewers. I realize that I am in many ways ignorant to today's modern technology, but if you know how to upgrade the originating stream quality, please share your knowledge with the NeuLion helpdesk (https://www.nmnathletics.com/CreateT...DB_OEM_ID=3400) for the benefit of all our viewers. As I am re-reading this post, I realize that probably comes off as argumentative, but that is not the intent. I simply ask that a) you do not illegally view our streaming content. b) you do not encourage others to illegally view our streaming content. c) you help us to improve the content so there is no incentive to view it illegally.
2) In reference to the comment about listening to the audio broadcast while following the stats on ESPN.com, why not follow the stats on BradleyBraves.com? After all, ESPN is receiving their xml feed of our stats directly from the same computer feeding the live stats on BradleyBraves.com. I am not sure some of you realized this, but we recognized the shortcomings of NeuLion's live stats platform last year and signed on with a third-party company -- StatBroadcast. I hope that most of you recognized the new offering and enjoyed the improved service (btw, the new service also was available at BravesMobile.com for following on your mobile devices). We have just signed the agreement to utilize their service again for the 2011-12 season and we are working on some improvements for our live stats online.
My primary reason for this post was to acknowledge we have had issues and to assure you we are working diligently to improve all of our offerings on BradleyBraves.com. There are no guarantees in life, but I hope you have noticed many of the upgrades we have made to our online platforms as evidence that we are striving to offer you the best services possible.Bradley Associate AD for Communications and Operations

I think i've read numerous posts by you about equipment upgrades like cameras and such but have y'all upgraded the bandwidth & servers? Seems to be a video quality/bandwidth issue.

Based on my experience with old video conference systems, I would think a dedicated T1 would make for a nice feed straight to a provider (I remember an upgrade from 1 ISDN(128k) to 3 ISDN being great, and that is still 1/3 of a T1.) (Although fast motion would be different, and I realize a T1 is still no where near the 15-45 Mbps used on satellite TV back haul feeds)
Now if they are sharing a T1 with other services, then you get a real problem.
