Sorry if this was mentioned already-
Coach Molinari got a late 2011 signing-
Jeremy McDonald is a 6'7" wing player with guard skills from Millenium High School in Goodyear, Arizona. He averaged 15 ppg, 9 rpg, and 3 apg his senior year.
McDonald brings WIU's 2011 recruiting class to six. Joining McDonald is juco Don McAvoy (Mount Carmel, Ill.), Obi Emegano (Edmond, Okla.), Remy Roberts-Burnett (Joliet, Ill.), Terell Parks (Beloit, Wisc.) and Jalen Parker (Princeton, Ind.).
According to that Rivals article-

Jeremy McDonald had very impressive
showings following the high school season.
The Western Illinois coaching staff first noticed McDonald at an AAU event in California and continued to follow him through the remainder of the live viewing period. At 6-foot-7, McDonald has very good size for the guard position. His size and his ability to attack the basket should enable him to contend for minutes as a freshman.
"The one thing that attracted me to Jeremy was that he is tough as nails and didn't back down to anyone. I know he will do great things at Western Illinois. Coach Molinari got himself a steal!"
After receiving the offer from coach Molinari, McDonald put in a lot of research on the school and basketball program and determined the program was the best fit for him. He was being recruited very hard by UC Davis and California Bakersfield. After a strong July showing, coach Garcia said he started getting calls from more D1 schools inquiring about McDonald but he also felt that Western Illinois was a good fit.
