  • Anyone got some Kool Aid?

We must all be drunk on Kool Aid, because I could have sworn I just saw a Bradley team that returned only 1 starter, and lost nearly 90% of their offense and rebounding beat a Big East team that returned 4 starters and nearly every player of significance from last year's team. In fact, they didn't just beat them, they demolished and embarrassed them. DePaul was thoroughly out-played and out-coached.
How could that be possible? Bradley is coached by an ex-stockbroker who has never had any coaching experience?

Someone must be playing tricks on us, because I remember hearing from people and media members there is no way Jim Les would succeed. And that we should have hired a coach with experience.
Maybe that was an imposter in the red sports jacket, pretending to be Bradley's coach?

No, it was actually Jim Les. And maybe now we'll stop hearing from the know-nothings who keep trying to take shots at him.

Count me as a fellow Koolaid addict, man!

    This team is good.
From PJ Star sports expert Kirk Wessler in his Jan. 10, 2012 column following 8th loss in a row at Drake-
"Yes, the Braves are better than they were when the season started two months ago. By a light year or two, they??™re better."

And from the PJ Star 4/26/12, Dave Reynolds-
"Fields and Grier both appear to be difference makers. If Bradley continues to add the right players around them, happy days may be ahead for the Braves after a long dry spell."
